Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped. Please allow at least 72 hours from receipt of your email for the carrier to update it into their system.
All our orders are shipped via normal registered postage (except for express option) and handed over to the destination country’s postal service provider upon reaching custom. Hence, delivery period is highly dependent on the country’s postal service provider.
Tracking details may be limited depending on the data provided by the destination postal service providers.
It may be rare but sometimes parcels can be misplaced or lost in transit. If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days, please reach out to us at support@clockworkrepublic.com and we will resend it to you.
